RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to make your shopping experience a memorable one hence we offer a 3 day exchange period to all our customers on all Ready To Ship articles. In The Money will be credited to your The Collective. Wallet against which you can purchase a different article.
We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face size or defect issues with the product.
Made To Order article from is not eligible for return / refund.
To return the product, please email us your order number be deducted from the credit amount provided.
Items under SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.
If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product for various reasons such as incorrect price uploaded, item out of stock with the brand increase in shipping cost or import duties. The cancellation apples irrespective if the order is Paid or processed. We will refund the amount to the customer and the customer will be informed about the same.
Any International Order which is processed or confirmed once cannot be cancelled. The custom duty levied (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges will be at actual and the customer will be informed of the same. Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders
