✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 7-10 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or products marked as final sale.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for return/refund.
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged.

📩 How to Request:

  1. Email us at thesimplekaur@gmail.com within 7-10 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  3. We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back.

🔁 Options Available:

  • Exchange for size or another product.
  • Refund to your original payment method or store credit (based on eligibility).

💳 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after the product is received and approved.
  • For prepaid orders, refund goes to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer.
